Description

This vegetable cleaver has a wide, rectangular 8-inch blade of 440C stainless steel, meant for produce rather than bones. The flat edge and square tip suit chopping cabbage, squash, onions and herbs on a board, and the broad blade face can carry the cut pieces off the board.

The polished face keeps a dark textured finish along the spine and heel. The 5-inch handle is brown wood with a pale bone section, a thin darker wood spacer and a polished collar, making the knife 13 inches overall.
