Description

Scrollwork covers both bolsters on this fancy pocket knife, running from the front of the handle down to the tail in a swirling, hand-engraved style. Between them sits a dark wenge wood handle held with brass pins, so the bright engraved metal stands out against the wood.

The blade is Damascus steel, 4 inches long, with a pointed tip and a fine, grainy pattern that runs from spine to edge. The handle is 4.5 inches, and the knife measures 8.5 inches overall. That blade length gives it a bit more reach than the smaller folders in our range, so it works well as a folding pocket knife for opening boxes, cutting cord or slicing food outdoors.

Wenge is a dense, dark wood with a visible grain, so each handle looks a little different. It is a good pick if you want decorative pocket knives with engraved detail rather than a plain handle. It is handmade by Unique Blades Runner, new and sharp. Keep the blade dry and lightly oiled to protect the Damascus pattern.
