Description

The bunka is a compact chef knife shape with a flat edge and an angled tip, and this bunka chef knife has a 6.5-inch blade of 440C, a high-chromium stainless steel. A dark textured finish covers the upper half of the blade, while the edge side is polished.

The octagonal handle is 5 inches long: black Micarta with a reddish-brown wood section, a black spacer and thin light spacers beside the polished collar. Overall length is 11.5 inches, which makes it a small chef knife for tighter boards and everyday prep.
