Description

Brass at both ends of the grip gives this large Bowie knife its traditional frontier look: a brass guard where the handle meets the blade and a brass pommel closing off the other end. Between them sits a wood and brass handle, and ahead of the guard runs a 12-inch Damascus steel blade.

With an 18-inch overall length and a 6-inch handle, this is a big Bowie knife in the classic sense, the size most people picture when they think of the style. The Damascus blade shows a layered pattern created by forge-welding steels together, so the markings on this piece won't match any other.

Handmade with Leather Sheath
