This Damascus steel Viking cuff bracelet pairs a dark, ringed steel pattern with three brass X shapes set into the front of the band. The brass is inlaid flush with the steel, and its warm gold color stands out clearly against the black and silver layers. It is an open cuff, in the same basic form as the arm rings and bracelets worn in the Viking age.
The Damascus pattern runs around the whole band, including the inner surface and the two rounded ends of the opening. The rings and swirls differ from one bracelet to the next, so yours will look similar to the photo but not identical. The band is flat and fairly wide, which gives the inlay room to read as a clear design.
The three X shapes sit in a row at the center of the cuff, so the inlay faces forward when the bracelet is worn on the wrist. The brass will slowly darken with wear, and the steel can be kept dry between wears. For a similar style, see our Viking bracelets, or browse the gifts collection.
