At 8 inches overall, this handmade Damascus steel knife with bone handle is built around an even split: a 4-inch blade and a 4-inch camel bone grip. Its compact size makes it a small fixed blade knife that is easy to keep on the belt for hunting season, camp chores and everyday outdoor use.
The blade's Damascus pattern runs in rippling waves and oval eyes from the spine down to the edge, the result of forge-welding several steels into one bar. In profile it is a classic drop point hunter knife, with a lowered tip and a full curve along the edge.
A black front section with a brass pin sits ahead of the cream-colored camel bone, creating a crisp contrast where the grip begins. Finger grooves are shaped into the underside of the handle, and a red mosaic pin, smaller pins and a lined lanyard hole near the butt finish the design.
It is delivered new and sharp with its original leather sheath, tooled in a scale pattern and edged with white double stitching, so it ships as a fixed blade knife with leather sheath ready to carry. More patterned blades are in our Damascus knives collection.
