Description

A satin-finish blade and a bright white handle give this chef knife with sheath a clean look in the kitchen. It is a 7 inch chef knife, 12 inches overall, with a 5-inch handle.

The blade is 1095 steel, a high carbon steel that can rust if it stays wet. As a high carbon steel chef knife, it should be wiped dry after every use and kept lightly oiled.

The handle is white resin, contoured to fit the hand and finished with two round decorative pins. Resin is smooth and does not have a wood grain.
