Description

This slicer knife has a slim 8-inch blade made from 440C, a high-chromium stainless steel. The blade runs straight along the spine and tapers to a pointed tip. A long, narrow blade like this is the usual shape for a slicing knife for meat, and it also suits roasts, cooked poultry and fish.

The octagonal handle is 5 inches long and pairs black Micarta with a section of dark wood, separated by thin black and light spacers. Overall length is 13 inches. Near the heel the blade keeps a dark textured finish that contrasts with the polished face.
