This Scream Ghost Face knife is a handmade replica of the clip-point hunting knife carried by Ghostface in Wes Craven's Scream (1996) and the films that followed. It measures 13 inches overall, with an 8-inch D2 tool steel blade and a 5-inch Micarta handle, and it arrives sharp in an original leather sheath.
Ghostface's knife on screen is a Buck 120, a large American hunting knife with a long clip-point blade, a fuller along the spine and a compact guard. The factory 120 runs a blade of about 7⅜ inches and 12 inches overall, with a black handle and metal fittings. Props shifted a little from film to film, but that outline stayed constant, and it became nearly as recognizable as the mask itself.
This replica follows the same clip-point profile at a slightly larger scale, with an 8-inch blade and 13 inches overall. It is handmade in the Buck 120 style and is not produced by Buck.
The blade is D2 tool steel, a high-carbon, high-chromium steel that takes a keen edge and resists stains better than plain carbon steel. It is not fully stainless, so wipe it dry after handling and add a light coat of oil from time to time.
The 5-inch handle is Micarta, a layered composite that stays grippy, handles moisture well and needs almost no upkeep. Its dark, solid look keeps the knife close to the black-handled screen original.
Each piece is made by hand, so small differences in finish are part of its character. The fitted leather sheath protects the edge for storage or display.
Prefer a patterned blade? Our Damascus Ghostface knife pairs the same outline with a Damascus steel blade and horn handle. For more screen blades, browse our movie replica knives.
