This Demon Killing Knife Supernatural replica is a handmade version of Ruby's knife, the antler-handled blade that becomes the Winchesters' main answer to demons from season 3 onward. It is a fan replica, not a studio prop or licensed item. It is built from D2 tool steel with a natural stag antler handle, and it arrives new, sharp and in an original leather sheath.

Ruby's Knife in Supernatural

Ruby first uses the knife in the season 3 opener, "The Magnificent Seven." Fans call it Ruby's knife or the demon blade, and in season 8 Henry Winchester names it an ancient demon-killing knife of the Kurds. How Ruby came to own it is never explained.

The knife soon passes to Dean and Sam, and over the years it changes hands many times, with Castiel, Meg and others using it. It is also the blade turned on Ruby herself in "Lucifer Rising," the season 4 finale. In the show's rules it can end most demons, but Knights of Hell, Princes of Hell and angels survive it. That limit is why the hunters later reach for heavier tools such as the angel blade.

D2 Tool Steel and a Stag Antler Handle

On screen, the knife pairs a curved blade engraved with symbols and a deer antler grip. This replica keeps that antler-handled look with real stag antler. Because antler is a natural material, its color, texture and ridges vary a little from piece to piece, so no two handles are exactly alike.

The blade is D2, a high-carbon, high-chromium tool steel valued for wear resistance and edge retention. It resists staining better than plain carbon steel, but it is not fully stainless. Wipe the blade dry after handling, add a light coat of oil now and then, and keep the antler out of standing water.
