Description

A copper S guard, a copper strip along the spine and a copper-tone end cap make this copper Damascus knife easy to recognize. It is a handmade Bowie, 18 inches overall, with a 12-inch blade and a 6-inch handle.

The blade is copper and steel Damascus. Copper lines run through the layered steel and add warm color to the pattern. Like other Damascus, copper Damascus steel stays cleanest when it is wiped dry and lightly oiled after use.

The resin handle is black and white, in a swirl pattern that differs a little on every knife. It sits between the guard and the copper cap, so the copper shows at both ends of the grip.

The long, swept blade makes this a 12 inch Bowie knife for camp and outdoor work, and it is also a good fit for anyone who collects copper Damascus knives. It comes as a Bowie knife with leather sheath. More pattern-welded Bowies are in our Damascus Bowie knives collection.
